Currently we are looking for Head of Quality Department – organic food production.

What will be your role as a Head of Quality?

  • Develop departmental strategy and vision to ensure customer expectations and develop effective quality control processes;
  • Communicate quality control information to all relevant organizational departments, outside vendors, or contractors;
  • Oversee, motivate, mentor and evaluate Quality Department’s employees performance.
  • Implement training and awareness programs to ensure employees are up-to-date with quality systems and requirements;
  • Monitor activities to ensure  that food products are safe and of a high quality before releasing them to the market;
  • Gather, analyze and manage quality related data;
  • Oversee research projects to improve the taste, preservation techniques and packaging solutions;
  • Provide significant information to the production team about what the final food products should be like;
  • be responsible for external and  internal quality audit processes.

What you’ll need to succeed?

  • 7+ years of related experience in Quality (preferably in FMCG industry);
  • 5+ years quality management experience;
  • Experience with HACCP, ISO, IFS;
  • Customer-based focus;
  • Problem-solving skills customer-based focus;
  • Strong communication skills – verbal and written;
  • Bachelor’s/ Master’s degree in a food-related discipline, such as food science, microbiology, chemistry or food industry management;
  • Proficiency in English.

Технически ръководител на обекта (от процеса на проектиране до завършване на базата). 

Какви ще са основните задачи на техническия ръководител? 

  • Активно участие в предподготвителния етап и планиране;
  • Управление и непосредствен контрол на всички строителни и монтажни дейности на обекта;
  • Отговорност за извършване на строителството с високо качество;
  • Координиране на работата на всички подизпълнители и доставчици спрямо подписаните договорни отношения;
  • Проследяване за спазването на зададени срокове;
  • Управление на разходите: осигуряване на информация за финансовия статус на проекта, проследяване на актуалните разходи спрямо заложените, проверяване на съответствието на издадените фактури спрямо подписаните договори;
  • Изготвяне на ежеседмичен отчет за извършените работи;
  • Осъществяване на мониторинг  на влаганите материали;
  • Докладване за прогреса на строителното изпълнение.

Какво се изисква, за да сте успешен в тази роля?

  • Завършено образование в областта на строителството;
  • 3+ години практически опит в ръководене на строителни обекти;
  • Компютърни умения – MS Word, MS Excel, AutoCAD;
  • Познаване и прилагане на нормативната уредба по ЗБУТ.

What will be your main responsibilities?

  • Propose the Marketing & Brand management strategy in line with the strategic business requirement of the organization based on the organization growth focus and strategy;
  • Develop strategies into detailed marketing plans and executions;
  • Plan, develop and evaluate communications projects and campaigns, including brand content creation when necessary;
  • Assume overall responsibility for brand activation, executing all marketing and branding campaigns, while maintaining brand focus internally & externally;
  • Develop Annual Plans & Budgeting for the brands;
  • Monitor all expenditures with a goal to increase return on investment on all advertising & brand spending;
  • Direct the evaluation of the brand portfolio including assortment, advertising concept, pricing and promotion, packaging, etc;
  • Ensure Optimal pricing of products so that the top-line & bottom-line objectives are strictly met;
  • Research the business environment to explore new trends and gain consumer insights to suggest new segments and innovative products in order to generate revenue from future and existing consumers;
  • Effectively cooperate with all departments and functions (sales, R&D, production, top management, etc.) to ensure coordinated and timely planning and execution of all marketing initiatives.

What are our expectations?

  • University Degree in a Business-related major (Marketing emphasis preferred);
  • Min 2 years on a similar marketing position – preferably in a FMCG sector; Experience with export markets is a plus;
  • Proven ability to develop, implement and track data-driven brand marketing plans and solutions;
  • Analytical mind and strong research skills for in-depth understanding of the market trends and the organization business potentials;
  • Outstanding project management skills;
  • Experience managing marketing and design agency/vendors;
  • Familiarity with the latest trends, technologies and methodologies in digital marketing and social media. Previous experience in social channels management, email marketing and online trade will be considered an advantage;
  • Self-starting, fast-paced and results-oriented personality;
  • Great communication and people skills;
  • Excellent MS office package and Google tools knowledge;
  • Excellent command of both written and spoken English.

What will be the role? 

  • Brainstorm ideas for new products based on continuous research and market trends;
  • Support and management of product development projects from concept to launch;
  • Maintenance and continuous revision of existing products;
  • Building strong working relationships with internal / external stakeholders at all levels;
  • Work with our ERP software on creating and updating product information;
  • Cooperate with the marketing and sales teams on establishing the most effective product vision and market strategy.

What you’ll need to succeed?

  • Creativity and a feel for new trends;
  • High affinity for numbers and analytical thinking;
  • Great communication and people skills;
  • At least 2 years of experience in a product development department /ideally in the FMCG/;
  • Project management experience;
  • Proven time management skills and ability to prioritize;
  • Excellent MS office knowledge;
  • Fluency in English /written and spoken/;
  • University Degree in Food Science, Biotechnology, Marketing or other relevant.
